    Last night my boyfriend and I went out for a quick dinner. It was pretty packed being that it is graduation week. So instead of waiting inside I decided to do the text message reminder - I got the first message, but never received the 2nd message stating that our table was ready. .
    We waited 15 minutes rather than the 5 minutes he said. I don't like to comaplin lol!
    Apparently they guy said he texted us but never did I receive that.
    I'm always on the fence about eating out because recently whenever we go out just us 2 we get such shitty service. So I was already telling my boyfriend "fuck it let's just go get carry out"

    Our server JAMES (JJ) was great! Totally turned the experience around. Quick service, very informative.
    Cheesecake was great! And he loved the fajitas !

    Disappointed in the food quality! Chicken crispers not crunchy. Inside doughy. Egg rolls soggy and over all not well prepared.  The waiters as my husband if he wanted his burger PINK or not PINK. What happen to rare, medium or well.  He stated Medium. It can no PINK and well done.

    Poor service! Took about 17 mins for water and to order after a few request.

    I haven't went to this location in over a year because of its conditions.  I definitely won't be back. Trash all over floor, most tables dirty. Window seals spider webs, dust, dirt and food stains.

    New management need ASAP! The menus and electronic menu/game was both dirty and filled with germs, food etc. yuck!

    Unprofessional bartender, dirty tables :(
    Most important there was drunk white guy that was sitting next to us and bartender didn't cut him off
    He was keep give him drink (probably for tips)
    He was make us super uncomfortable keep bring politics subject and we were keep trying to avoid him but he did t give up lol anyway thanks for ruining our night and get our money
    Never go back

    Wednesday night dinner. Chili's was definitely skimpy on the fries today. I ordered a house salad no onions and no tomatoes. Unfortunately both were on my salad so I was unable to eat it. I've learned that the food is hit or miss depending on the cook. This isn't the first time my order wasn't correct. It might be my last time giving them another chance.

    Service was good, love the chips, salsa isn't bad but definitely "American" in other words just tomato sauce with no spice but not bad. Overall can't complain.
